Since 2012, Matt Emmert has guided the Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving programs with a holistic coaching philosophy centered on the belief that a positive process produces performance. Emphasizing growth both in and out of the pool, Emmert has fostered a culture of development, teamwork, and resilience among his athletes.
